VR Safety Training Catalogue

A focused VR safety-training catalogue that puts workers inside realistic high-risk situations—electrical work, height, fire, LOTO, confined space, lifting, mining, driving, PPE and first aid.

The Gap · Why VR Safety Training

Construction worker wearing a yellow hard hat and safety vest using pliers on metal grating scaffolding.
Checkmark
High-Risk Work with Limited Practice

Operations like electrical isolation, confined space entry, hot work, load slinging, driving with dangerous goods and roof fall hazards are too risky to rehearse live.
Checkmark
Procedures Stay on Paper

Workers read procedures for fire, LOTO, PPE, first aid or workplace safety but rarely run through the entire sequence with realistic equipment and timing.
Checkmark
No Safe Space to Make Mistakes

Real accidents and near misses are not the right time to discover gaps in understanding, yet most organisations do not have practice environments where errors become learning.

Data, Storage & Reporting for HR

Each module places the user in a realistic work environment—a workshop, office, oil storage tank, industrial storage, underground tunnel, control room, road or warehouse—and walks them through the job or incident from permit to closure. They take and sign permits, put on PPE, collect and check tools, place warning signs and barricades, lock and tag equipment, talk to colleagues and dispatch, and respond to hazards or injuries in a virtual space that reacts to their actions.

  • Three modes per module: Learning, Training, and Exam

  • Standard structure across modules makes it easier to roll out and track.

  • Multi-language support so people train in the language they are most comfortable with.
